Dumplings with vegetables
Ingredients:
WHEAT flour, SOY protein, cabbage 8%, leek 6%, onion 6%, green onion 5%, TOFU (SOY bean, salt, brown rice oil, olive oil, thickener: E511), yam starch, carrot 4%, corn oil, SOYA sauce (water, SOYA beans, salt), water, salt, sugar, SESAME oil, ginger, black pepper powder.
Store at -18 degrees or lower. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Method: put 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a heated pan and slowly fry the dumplings until they are golden brown. Lower the heat, flip the dumplings, add 3 tablespoons of water, cover, and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes.
