Tom Yum spice paste 19%: spices (lemongrass 1.9%, shallot 1.2%, garlic 0.8%, galangal root 0.7%, chili 0.3%, coriander root 0.3%, kaffir lime leaves 0.1%), sugar, SOY oil, salt, tamarind paste (tamarind, water), acidity regulators: E330, E296, lime juice 0.6%, flavor enhancer: E621. Dried spices 4%: galangal root 2.4%, lemongrass 0.6%, chili 0.6%, kaffir lime leaves 0.4%.

Additional ingredients: 200 g prawns, 100 g mushrooms.
Preparation: Boil 480 ml of water and add 50 g of Tom Yum spice paste. Add 200 g of coconut milk with 10 g of dried spices. Add 200 g of prawns and 100 g of mushrooms. Bring the soup to a boil for 10 minutes. Ready to serve. Tip: For a more flavorful, creamy and thicker soup, replace water with coconut milk or Milk.
