Mini fried fish roll Ingredients: Surimi 51% [FISH meat, sugar, EGG protein powder, stabilizer (E450, E451, E452)], water, modified tapioca starch. tapioca starch, palm oil, salt, sugar, flavor enhancer (E621).
Fish ball Ingredients: Surimi 47% [FISH meat, sugar, AGG protein powder, stabilizer (E450, E451, E452)), water, modified tapioca starch, salt, sugar, flavor enhancer: E621, E635, garlic.
Storage: Store frozen at -18°C or below, do not refreeze after thawing.
Method: boil in boiling water for 10 minutes or fry in oil at 170 °C until golden brown.
