Ingredients: 45%*giant squid (Docidicus Gigas) (MOLLUSKS), modified tapioca starch, water, onion, garlic, leek, sugar, palm oil, iodized salt, SOYA protein (SOYA), mixed spices (ground white pepper, onion pepper), flavor enhancer (E621).
*Giant octopuses are farmed in Peru.

Use: cook from frozen. Heat enough oil to submerge the Kikiam. Deep fry for 1-2 minutes at 120oC with a minimum internal product temperature of 75oC. The product must be fully cooked before consumption. Remove from pan and pour off excess oil. Serve with sauce. Allergen SOY, MOLLUSCS
