Dough pockets with vegetables and pork, pre-cooked and deep-frozen
Ingredients: Stuffed 65%, Vegetables 43% (cabbage, onion), pork 30%, water, pork fat 3%, vegetable broth (salt, maltodextrin, yeast extract, onion powder, carrot powder, sunflower oil, dextrose acidity regulator: Citric acid, aroma, colour: curcumin), modified potato starch textured, SOY protein, breadcrumbs, bis (rice flour, corn flour, corn starch, salt, dextrose), salt, toasted SESAME oil, sugar, flavor enhancer, monosodium glutamate, ginger.
Dough 35%: WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), water, rapeseed oil, salt, before pre-cooking. May contain traces of CELERY, MUSTARD, CRUSTACEANS, EGGS, FISH, MILK / LACTOSE.
Preparation instructions (without defrosting): DUMPING 6-10 minutes
Deep fryer: 3 minutes at 160 degrees. Oven: Brush the frozen dough pockets with a sauce for 15 minutes at 200 degrees. Pan: Fry for 2 minutes + 3 minutes dumping.
Store at 18 degrees or lower.
