Buckwheat Noodles

Ingredients: NOODLES (130.5g): WHEAT flour, BUCKWHEAT flour 3.3%, sweet potato starch, water, salt.

SOUP POWDER (10g): SOYA sauce powder ( SOYA , salt, water), red pepper powder, onion powder, black pepper, garlic powder, SESAME SEEDS , sugar, flavor enhancer (E621, E627, E631, spring onion, salt, tapioca starch, glucose, acidity regulator: E296, E330)

VEGETABLE OIL (1g): SOY oil, MUSTARD oil (fully hardened).

Method: 1. Dissolve soup powder in 1/2 cup boiling water and add 1 cup cold water. 2. Cook noodles for 5 minutes in boiling water, rinse noodles with cold water and drain water 3. Mix cold soup and oil with noodles.
