Broad Noodles with Spicy and Sour Taste
Ingredients:
Noodles (80g.): WHEAT flour (60%), water, potato starch, stabilizer: E1442, palm oil.
Soup powder (24g): Palm oil, rapeseed oil, chilli 1.8%, black SESAME, spices, Sichuan pepper 0.2%, chilli aroma 0.2%, SESAME oil essence, colour: E160c.
Spice powder (6g.): Salt, flavor enhancer: E621, E635, sugar, maltodextrin, yeast extract, ginger powder, garlic powder, vinegar powder (5g.): Fermented vinegar 5.3%, preservative: E260, acid: E330.
Method: Place the noodles and contents in a cup, add the boiling water. Cover for 5 - 6 minutes. Stir well and enjoy!
