Flour mixture for Pancakes
Ingredients: Rice starch 69%, WHEAT flour 30%, turmeric 1%.

Instructions for use:
* Take the powder mixed with 750-800 ml. water (coconut milk) then add a packet of turmeric powder and sliced shallot I, stir evenly.
* Pour liquid fat into a heated pan, add onion, SHRIMP, pork for excess frying, then pour flour into the pan for even stirring. Add bean sprouts, green peas well cooked into the center of the pan. Cover the pan for approx. 3 minutes to make the bean sprouts cooked through.
* Open the lid, when you have seen the cake evenly browned and crispy, then fold it up into a shaft (semi-circle). scoop out the cake onto a plate to eat with vegetables and FISH sauce.
