Spice mix for Red, Roast Pork
Ingredients: Sugar, salt, hydrolysed vegetable protein (hydrolysed vegetable protein (SOYBEANS, CORN, WHEAT, xylose, sunflower oil, glucose syrup, colour: E150d), maltodextrin, salt, yeast extract, acidity regulator: E330), spices (star anise, cinnamon) , anti-caking agent: E341, colour: E160c, aroma.
PREPARATION: Cut 1.2 kg. pork in long, thin strips. Dissolve the contents of 1 bag (100g) in 240 ml of water. Place the pork in the marinade and let it soak for 2-3 hours. Roast the meat for 20 minutes at 200 degrees. Can also be grilled or fried on top. Serve as a starter or as a side dish to chopsuey, fried noodles and fried rice.
