Kari Curry paste
Ingredients: Dried chilli, shallot, garlic, salt, galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime peel, turmeric, bay leaves, nutmeg, cloves.
Instructions: Heat 300 ml. concentrated coconut milk on medium until oil comes to the top. Add 50g. pasta, cook until cooked. Season with FISH sauce / salt, palm sugar. Add partially cooked potatoes and Meat/seafood/vegetables, stir until cooked.
