1 packet of seasoning paste for Cantonese Chow Mein;
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
200g dried EGG noodles (follow package instructions to soften noodles);
200 g sliced meat or SHELLFISH (SHRIMPS, OCTOPUS/CALAMARI or MUSSELS );
100g a combination of shredded cabbage and carrot; thinly sliced spring onions or red chili strips as garnish.
Direction:
1. Heat oil in a non-stick wok over medium heat.
2. Add meat or seafood and vegetables; fry for 3 minutes.
3. Add noodles and spice paste; fry for 5 minutes or until cooked. Decoration.
