Soup cubes for the Bun Bo Hue stew
Ingredients: salt, sugar, spices (onion, garlic, star anise, cinnamon, cloves), flavor enhancer: E621, colour: E160b.
Preparation: Dissolve 4 cubes in 8 tbsp. (120 ml) of water. Add 1 kg. beef, and let it marinate for approx. 30 minutes. Fry the meat together with some carrots. Add boiling water and simmer until the meat is tender.
Store dry.
