Japanese Noodles (Udon)
Ingredients: WHEAT flour, salt.
Preparation: Put the soba noodles in boiling water and add a little salt. Let it simmer for 3 minutes. put it in a sieve and rinse thoroughly with cold water. After rinsing, drain the water.
