INSTRUCTION
UDON IN SOUP
Add udon noodles to 350ml boiling water and cook for 1 minute.
FRIED UNDO
Heat 2 tsp of oil, add meat, vegetables, salt and pepper for a while. Adjust the gas range to medium heat, place the udon on the pan and cook together. Season them with soy sauce or oyster sauce and stir them well.
