PREPARATION PER 100 GR. SPICES MIX Cook the rice and let it cool. Fry the meat in 2 tablespoons of oil and add the spice mixture. Add rice and salt to taste and let the nasi goreng heat up, stirring constantly. Serve with fried eggs, prawn crackers and sambal.
