Cooking instructions: 1. Take 1 cup of rice (175 grams) and rinse it twice with water. 2. Soak the rice in plenty of water for 10 minutes. Drain off the water. 3. Place the rice in the pot and add 1.6 cups of water (360 grams). 4. Then bring the rice to a boil with the lid closed over medium heat. As soon as the rice boils, lower the heat to the lowest setting and continue to cook for another 20 minutes. 5. Remove the pan from the heat and let the rice rest for another 10 minutes.
