Ingredients:
Salt, sugar, fully hardened palm kernel oil, lemongrass, flavor enhancer: E621, acidity regulator: E330, chili powder, tamarind paste (Tamarind, water), spring onions, garlic, galangal, lime juice.
Cooking (for 4 servings)
Boil 2 cups (480 ml) of water. add 30g. Tom Yum Pasta. Add shrimp and mushrooms. Season with fish sauce or salt and lemon juice.
Store cool and dry. Store in the fridge after opening for a maximum of 14 days.
