3 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
1 large onion, sliced;
250 g shellfish;
150 g dried egg noodles or Hokkien
Noodles (follow package directions to soften noodles);
2 tomatoes quartered;
1-2 eggs (beaten), salad such as gamish (optional).
Direction:
1. Heat oil in non-stick wok or pan over medium-high heat. Add onion and shellfish, cook for 2 minutes.
2. Add noodles and spice paste. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Push the mixture to one side of the wok.
